Step 1: Prep the Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Scrub potatoes well and pat them completely dry.
  3. Pierce each potato a few times with a fork to let steam escape.

  1. Rub each potato with olive oil or butter.
