Spicy Bacon Cheese Balls

🧀 Ingredients

  • 8 oz (about 225 g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature

  • ¾ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • ¼ cup cooked & crumbled bacon (plus extra for coating)

  • 4 oz (≈ 1 can or about ½ cup) diced jalapeños, drained (adjust for heat preference)

  • 1½ Tbsp thinly sliced green onions (scallions)

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise (or sour cream)

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

  • Topping/Coating:

    • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers/nuts)

    • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

    • 3 Tbsp additional bacon bits (for rolling/coating)

    • 1 jalapeño, seeded & finely diced (optional for extra crunch on outer coating)
