It’s indulgent, satisfying, and perfect for family dinners, cozy nights in, or impressing a hungry crowd.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or shells work best)

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 6 slices bacon, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1½ cups heavy cream

  • ¾ cup beef broth

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional but adds burger-like tang)

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

  • Optional: diced pickles or tomato for topping

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.

Step 2: Brown the Bacon & Beef

  1. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel.

  2. In the same skillet (leave some bacon grease), add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3: Make the Sauce
