🍔 Ingredients
For the Sliders

1 lb (≈ 450 g) lean ground beef (80/20)

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

12 mini slider buns (or Hawaiian sweet rolls)

4 slices cheddar cheese (cut into thirds) or white cheese (mozzarella, provolone)

12 thin tomato slices
-
12 leaves of butter lettuce or iceberg

Optional: ½ cup finely diced red pepper (for extra red colour)
For the Patriotic Trio Toppings

Red: ¼ cup ketchup or spicy tomato‑sriracha spread

White: ¼ cup mayonnaise‑garlic aioli or ranch‑style sauce

Blue: ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese or blueberry‑honey glaze (blueberries cooked down with honey)
📖 Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the patties
In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Form into 12 small patties, each slightly larger than your slider buns.
Step 2: Cook the patties
Heat a skillet or griddle to medium‑high heat. Cook the patties for ~2–3 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until nicely browned and cooked through. In the last minute, top each with a piece of cheese so it melts.
