  • 1 tube (about 8 large) refrigerated biscuit dough
    (OR about 8 homemade biscuits, unbaked and portioned)

  • 250–300 g (8–10 oz) thinly sliced roast beef (deli-style or leftovers)

  • 8 slices provolone or Swiss cheese, cut into halves or quarters

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon dried onion powder (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley or Italian seasoning
